Clean room panels are used to create controlled internal environments where wall construction must support hygiene, easy cleaning and controlled operating conditions.

Metro PUF Clean Room Panels consist of a rigid PUF insulation core with pre-coated steel facings. The panel system provides a smooth, modular wall surface that can be used for clean room walls, partitions and selected ceiling applications according to the project design.

The panels are suitable for pharmaceutical facilities, food processing areas, laboratories, healthcare environments and other applications where controlled internal conditions are required.

Metro PUF’s current clean-room page specifies 30 mm and 50 mm options, PUF density of 40 ± 2 kg/m³ and PPGI/PPGL facing, with flush tongue-and-groove joints and sealable joints.
